Path of Certification: iteach Virginia

Prince George County Public Schools is one of only 22 school divisions in the state to partner with iteach Virginia to help aspiring educators achieve their goals of teaching in their community by providing an affordable certification program that prepares teachers for a career in education, impacting the lives of students in their community.

Types of Employment Applications with PGCPS

		Teacher/Administrative Includes positions requiring a teaching license and psychologists, school social workers, occupational/physical therapists, and certified administrators such as principals, assistant principals, central office
General Includes all non-teaching, non-administrative applicants including bus drivers, bus assistants, custodians, and cafeteria workers, instructional assistants, and clerical
		Substitute Positions Includes substitute teachers, substitute paraprofessionals, substitute clerical, and substitute custodial staff. *Click Here to Apply with ESS*
Substitute Bus Driver Includes all substitute bus driver positions Qualifications: Valid Virginia driver's license, very dependable, neat appearance, ability to cooperate with co-workers, students, parents and administration. Salary: $18.72/hour
