ESS Information
Employee Self Service (ESS) is the Munis Self Service application created specifically for employees and can be accessed from any computer, anywhere.
This portal provides the ability to update certain personal information, such as mailing address, phone number, emergency contacts, preferred email address, tax withholding and direct deposit.
ESS provides the fastest access to viewing leave balances, printing pay stubs, W-2’s and 1095-C’s.
To access ESS, visit www.pgs.k12.va.us and scroll to the bottom of the homepage and click on Employee Self Serve OR click on the “Employees” tab and then Employee Self Serve.
Your username is your Employee Number and can be found at the top left corner of your paystub. Your initial password is the last four digits of your Social Security number.
- Username: employee ID #
- Password: last 4-digits of social security number
You will be asked to change your password the first time you log in.
If you forget your password or get locked out, call Cindy Anderson or Chris Amaral at 804-733-2700 or email [email protected] or [email protected] and request for the password to be reset.
