We are pleased to announce that VCU Health Sports Medicine will return to Prince George High School this month, offering sports physicals for our student-athletes for the upcoming school year and athletics seasons.
Event details:
- Date - Wednesday, May 29, 2024
- Time - 3:00 p.m. - 5:00 p.m. (Please arrive no later than 4:45 p.m.)
- Location - Prince George High School Gymnasium, 7801 Laurel Spring Road, Prince George, Virginia, 23875.
- Cost - $20, Cash Only, Checks Will Not Be Accepted.
All money collected will be donated back to Prince George High School Sports Medicine's budget to purchase new supplies for the upcoming sports seasons.
Please arrive no later than 4:45 p.m. on the day of the physical sessions, bringing with you the Virginia High School League (VHSL) Physical Examination Form with the student/parent portions of the form completed in their entirety and signed by a parent/guardian. Incomplete and/or unsigned forms will not be accepted.
