TICKETS ON SALE! Prince George Alliance for Education Foundation to Hold Gala Dinner Fundraiser on April 18

March 11, 2026

The Prince George Alliance for Education Foundation invites the community to come together in support of the children of Prince George County at its Gala Dinner fundraiser, an evening dedicated to celebration, connection, and giving back.

Guests are encouraged to purchase tickets now for a memorable night of dinner, music, and fellowship at the Hopewell Moose Lodge, located at 4701 Western Street in Hopewell. Alongside dinner and dessert, the evening will also include the return of the popular silent auction, showcasing a variety of items generously donated by local businesses and community partners.

Additionally, the event will feature remarks from previous mini-grant award winners, who will share how the PGAEF’s funding helped support projects that benefited students in their classrooms and schools within Prince George County.

Tickets for the fundraiser can be purchased in person at the Prince George County School Board Office during regular business hours (8 a.m. - 4:30 p.m., Monday through Friday), located at 6410 Courts Drive between the county social services and administration buildings in the government complex.

Ticket prices are as follows: Individual: $40, Couple: $70, and Table of 6: $220.

Interested guests can also buy tickets online at https://www.pgs.k12.va.us/apps/form/pgaef2026dinner.

Fundraising events like the Prince George Alliance for Education Foundation's Gala Dinner, fall pancake breakfast, and others help raise funds that support the non-profit's mini-grant program and other initiatives aimed at supporting Prince George County Public Schools, its students, and staff. Over the years, the PGAEF has awarded thousands of dollars to teachers, helping provide sensory tools for kindergarten students at North Elementary, stuffed animal sewing kits for Prince George High School Independent Living students, state-of-the-art Blue-Bots for Middle Road Elementary students, and key professional development experiences for teachers.
