PGCPS Teacher Job Fair
Date: Thursday, April 18, 2024 (12 p.m. - 6 p.m.)
Location: Prince George School Board Office, 6410 Courts Drive, Prince George, Virginia, 23875
The event aims to connect new and experienced teachers and support staff with opportunities to serve the children of Prince George County within our schools. Attendees are encouraged to register early to ensure they receive their desired time slot, as session times can fill quickly. To schedule a time to meet with our team, click "REGISTER TODAY" below.
While appointments are suggested, walk-in visitors are welcome to attend this event.
School-level and division leaders will be on-site to share information and conduct interviews with candidates. Virtual interviews with division staff are also available. Those interested in a virtual interview session are encouraged to email [email protected].

Discover Affordable Paths to Teacher Licensure with iteach Virginia
Representatives from iteach will be available to answer questions about alternative pathways to teacher licensure during the Teacher Job Fair. In 2023, Prince George County Public Schools partnered with iteach Virginia to help aspiring educators achieve their teaching goals through an affordable certification program that prepares them for a career in education.
Incentives Available for Qualifying Positions
Alongside the division’s competitive pay and benefits package, Prince George County Public Schools continues to offer stipends to candidates hired for the following positions for the upcoming school year:
- Special Education Teacher - $2,000
- Career & Technical Education For Credit Teacher - $1,500
- Math For Credit Teacher - $1,500
Additionally, our division is offering $1,000 early sign-on bonuses for the upcoming 2024-25 School Year for licensed teaching positions. There are a limited number of these bonuses, so applicants are encouraged to apply early!
