Prince George County Public Schools has transitioned to ParentSquare, a leading communications platform aimed at keeping our school community informed and connected. With ParentSquare, you’ll receive all school and classroom messages in one place and translated into your preferred language—whether by email, text, app, or web.

As part of our transition to ParentSquare, PGCPS will sunset our use of SchoolMessenger in the coming weeks. We encourage all families to complete invitation process with ParentSquare to ensure they continue to receive updates and information from your child's school. If you have any questions, haven't received your ParentSquare invite, or need information updated, please contact your child's school.
 
Existing Users
Users who have already completed the required steps to access ParentSquare can access the portal by clicking the button below.
New users are encouraged to review the instructions below for information about activating your ParentSquare account. 
 
New Users
  1. Open the invitation email or text. Click Activate your account or tap the link to activate your account.

    Need an invitation? Please contact your child's school to ensure your contact information is correct.

  2. Create a password for your ParentSquare account and click Register.
  3. Click Confirm for your phone number and/or email. A verification code will be sent to the email or phone number.
  4. Enter the verification code to confirm.
  5. Confirm your child(red) by clicking confirm. Use Not My Child if a child listed is not associated with your account.
  6. Select Yes, This is Me when you have confirmed your contact information and child(red) associated with your account.

    Name Misspelled? Wrong email or phone number? Missing a child on your account? Contact your child's school to get this information updated.

    Once you are logged in to ParentSquare, you will be able to access self-paced training modules, video resources, and help articles to assist you with using ParentSquare.

  7. Click ? (Help) for help or your school contact information
  8. Select Help Articles to learn how to use ParentSquare.
