PGCPS Encourages Families to Complete Impact Aid Program Survey by October 30

Prince George County Public Schools is encouraging families to complete and return their annual Impact Aid Program Survey cards by Friday, October 30, 2026, to help the school division establish eligibility for federal funding that supports educational services for students.
These cards were sent home by students during the week of October 5, 2026. The information collected through these surveys helps PGCPS determine its eligibility for Federal Impact Aid funds, which provide important financial support for educational programs and services across the school division.
Families are asked to complete a separate survey card for each child attending Prince George County Public Schools, regardless of whether they are employed on federal property or have children who are military dependents. Completing a survey for every student helps ensure that all eligible children are accounted for.
Families should review the information printed on their survey cards carefully before returning them. If any corrections are needed, parents or guardians should write the updated information directly on the card and initial next to each change. School staff are not permitted to make changes to the information listed on survey cards on behalf of families.
If a survey card has been lost or misplaced, families should contact their child's school to request a replacement.
All completed Impact Aid Program Survey cards should be returned to the student's school no later than Friday, October 30, 2026.
PGCPS appreciates the continued cooperation and support of its families in completing this important annual survey, helping the school division secure federal resources that benefit students throughout Prince George County.
