At-A-Glance: PGCPS Educational Technology Resources

Prince George County Schools recognizes that technology resources, Internet access, digital communication systems, and online instructional tools support teaching, learning, communication, innovation, and operational efficiency throughout the school division. These resources may include, but are not limited to:

  • Google Workspace for Education services includes Gmail, Google Classroom, Google Drive, Docs, Slides, Sheets, Meet, and related tools. Google provides information about the information it collects, as well as how it uses and discloses the information it collects from Google Workspace for Education accounts in its Google Workspace for Education Privacy Notice

  • Online platforms that provide students and teachers with a central place to access instructional materials, assignments, learning activities, grades, feedback, and other classroom resources.

  • Digital resources that provide students with instructional content, lessons, activities, assessments, and other materials that support classroom instruction and learning.

  • Prince George County Public Schools maintains an active list of websites, applications, and platforms that have been or are currently being evaluated for use by students and staff in the division’s schools.

This is a dynamic list and may change throughout the school year as new websites, applications, and platforms are evaluated, added, or removed in accordance with the division’s educational technology guidelines, district regulations, and School Board policies.

Prince George County Public Schools reviews instructional technology resources for compliance with applicable laws and regulations.
